Deduction Gross Limit Amount

A Deduction Gross Limit Amount field has been added to the Deduction page in Maintenance:

This field is visible when the Calculation Method selected is Flat Percent or CalPERS. Contributions stop when wages subject to the deduction selected hit the gross amount entered in this field.

The Limit Amount field also has been renamed Deduction Limit Amount.
